Revolution Oil Becomes Pro Cup Series Title Sponsor

Agreement Rebrands Series As The Rev-Oil Pro Cup Series

Mooresville, N.C. – Officials with the Championship Auto Racing Series (CARS) are proud to announce that Revolution Oil has agreed to become the title sponsor of the CARS Pro Cup Series, effective immediately.
 
The CARS Pro Cup Series will now be known as the Rev-Oil Pro Cup Series. The title sponsorship agreement runs through the 2013 racing season.
 
“The addition of Revolution Oil as title sponsor of the Rev-Oil Pro Cup Series is a major step for us,” said Jack McNelly, president of the Rev-Oil Pro Cup Series. “We couldn’t be happier to have them on board and we look forward to a fantastic relationship going forward.”
 
The difficult state of the economy has taken its toll on the motorsports industry in recent years, but this sponsorship announcement is proof that good things come to those who wait.

Revolution Oil will make its debut as title sponsor of the Rev-Oil Pro Cup Series this Saturday night when the series travels to South Carolina’s Myrtle Beach Speedway for the Dean Custom Air 250 presented by Carrier and ESPN The Team 100.3.
 
Fans can visit www.revoilprocup.com to purchase pre-sale tickets for Saturday’s event for just $12 through Thursday evening. Tickets will be $18 on the day of the event.
