Ransone Wins at Motor Mile

Lucas Ransone passed Allen Purkhiser with two laps to go in the Highway Motors/Heritage International 250 at Motor Mile Speedway to collect the victory. It is Ransone's 2nd Pro Cup win, the first coming in 2009 when he also won the Pro Cup Rookie of the Year award.  Earlier in the day, the driver from Madison, NC had also collected his first pole in Pro Cup competition.
